The project is located in the new and developing district of Warsaw. It is the multi-family dwelling mostly focused on housing for families. The shape of the building has been dictated by the from of the site. The aim of the project was to fit it as well to the site and direct its facade to the street to be more approachable by residents. The ground floor is represented by the cafeteria located at the street, the entrance to the underground parking as well as a couple of flats. The building has its own garden approachable by the hall on the ground floor. Every repetitive floor is the combination of different flats- 1-bedroom, 2-bedrooms and the biggest one with 3-bedrooms.
The main approach of the project was to achieve the maximum amount of the apartments by following the building law. Moreover, every flat has a proper living spatial and lighting conditions.

The project was developed within my double specialisation which is architecture and civil engineering. Beside the conceptual scheme of the building, the structure, installations and details were solved and published during the final presentation.
